• Hydraulic honing machine by STANDARD is specially designed for two- and three-wheeled vehicles.

• The machine is equipped with an electronic counter, allowing the operator to preset the number of strokes before starting the honing operation. The machine will automatically stop after completing a specified number of strokes.

• Stepless adjustment of rotational speed and feed rate, enabling the selection of appropriate cutting speed depending on the material and achieving desired surface roughness parameters.

• Utilization of a fast-acting hydraulic clamp enables quick placement and removal of the workpiece.

  • “Up” and “Down” buttons are used for quick adjustment of stroke length.

  • Coolant fluid recirculation system.

  • The machine performs honing in any desired position, allowing quick bore correction using a rotary button.

  • LCD display is used for performing self-diagnostic functions and quickly displaying error identification codes.

  • Direct display of spindle speed (RPM) on the screen.
