RSM 024 disc straightening table

The RSM 024 Comec machine is designed for removing defects from wheel rims by mechanical action on defect areas. Without a turning block. Essentially, it is a specialized workstation aimed at wheel rims. Rim diameter ranges from 13″ to 24″, spindle speed is 140 rpm. A professional machine for straightening steel and aluminum rims with diameters from 13″ to 24″.
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder and a set of various attachments for acting on deformed areas of the rims. The machine’s design allows working on any area of the rim and adjusting the force acting in the impact area.
The machine is intended solely for straightening rims and does not have a turning module.
