The RP 1000 MACHINE IS DESIGNED FOR HIGH-SPEED GRINDING of cylinder heads and blocks of passenger and commercial vehicles.
It is the most functional compared to previous models.
Table feed is achieved using a precision ball screw drive even at low speeds; the frequency converter controlling the drive gear allows for speed changes via a potentiometer.
A wide range of optional accessories allows for grinding of precombustion chambers in blocks, tappet faces, clutch discs, brake discs, and any flat surfaces requiring precision machining.
Thanks to high precision and adjustable speed of table feed, head feed, and spindle speed, the machine can be adapted to various cutting techniques for materials such as stone, cast iron, and aluminum.
Possible mounting of both segmented wheel and CBN-PCD sharpening holder. The machine is equipped with a convenient and informative control panel, an effective cooling system with tank and settler, lubrication system, and protective cover.
The ability to process V-shaped engines thanks to options such as: additional clamps and a rotating table for grinding tappets, clutch discs, or brake discs.
