The RP 1000M machine is designed for precise milling of cylinder heads and engine blocks of passenger and commercial vehicles.<\/br> It is the most functional compared to the RP1000 model, which means the use of a milling method based on exchangeable CBN-PCD carbide inserts without lubrication (without a cooling system).<\/br> The table feed is achieved by a screw drive with a high precision ball, even at low speeds; the frequency converter controlling the drive gear allows for speed adjustment using a potentiometer.<\/br> A wide range of optional accessories allows for grinding of pre-combustion chambers of block heads, flywheels, clutch discs, brake discs, as well as any flat surfaces requiring precise machining.<\/br> Thanks to high precision and adjustment of table feed speed, head feed speed, and spindle speed, the machine can be adapted to various cutting techniques for materials such as stone, cast iron, and aluminum.<\/br>
