The RP 330 table is the simplest yet functional table designed for high-precision grinding of engine cylinder heads and blocks for both passenger and commercial vehicles.
A wide selection of additional accessories allows grinding of precombustion chambers of block heads, flywheels, clutch discs, brake discs, as well as any flat surfaces requiring precise machining.
With high precision and adjustable table feed speed, head feed, and spindle speed, you can adjust the table for various material cutting techniques such as stone, cast iron, and aluminum. The ability to mount both segmented wheels and CBN-PCD blade holders.
The table is equipped with an adaptive control cover, efficient cooling system with tank and separation tank, lubrication system, and protective cover.
The table supports the processing of V-shaped engines and details of non-standard sizes thanks to additional mounts.
A segmented grinding wheel with a diamond insert, cooling system, coolant emulsion pump and separation tank, as well as two spindle speeds allow for restoration of both cast iron cylinder head surfaces and aluminum blocks.
